The Language of Life | Printmaking Techniques

2014

"The language of life" is my graduation project in Graphics from Damascus University of the Arts in 2014, these print works were implemented by using traditional methods of printmaking. Basically the project is an expressing deeply the human feelings by exaggerating visually the body language, such as eye contact, gestures, posture and facial expression.

It was used a copper plate as the matrix

Lines were engraved and incised using an engraver’s burin.
